If you haven't heard, PMA Foods is now doing curbs If you haven't heard, PMA Foods is now doing curbside pick up! For those of us out of the GrubHub delivery range (or those that just want to make sure all the $ gets to one of our favorite small businesses), rejoice!! This was my first time getting food outside what I've made at my house and I may have gotten a little froggy, so you might be seeing a bunch of PMA related food posts in addition to this one.
First, the tofu egg salad pocket. It may not look like a work of art, but this "egg salad" is packed with eggy flavor- it blew me away.
Then we've got some Mac n cheese - Philly cheese style with house made seitan, breakfast Mac with tofu and bacon, good ol regular Mac n cheese, AND a dessert Mac -peach cobbler.
I couldn't help but take the opportunity to stock up on Notzerella. I use it on things like pizza, chix parm, lasagna.
More to come!
Text your order to 315-863-1187 with your email. They'll send you a square invoice and set up pick up. Voila! -Theresa
After 8 weeks of cooking at home and avoiding cont After 8 weeks of cooking at home and avoiding contact with the outside world, last night was finally the night that we broke down and ordered some take out.

First place on the list, the place I've been craving?

Strong Hearts Cafe of course.

It was a toss up between a sandwich and wings from Strong Hearts on the Hill, or the Jalapeno Popper Burger from the downtown location.

I went with the burger, and it was perfect.

Called the order in, told them what time I'd be there, called again when I was parked out front. Staff were great, brought the order out to my car, made everything easy.
And of course the meal was fantastic. -Jim

HAPPY EARTH DAY! 🌱 How are you celebrating tod HAPPY EARTH DAY! 🌱
How are you celebrating today? 🌎

Choosing a Vegan diet directly promotes environmental sustainability. It is the easiest way to make an effective difference!

It is rare that a single choice of ours can have a broad and decisive impact on the climate crisis. We have a moral imperative to choose and advocate for plant-based diets for the health of our planet and the well being and survival of generations to come!
